Whichever program you are interested in, your process with us looks much the same.
Initial consultation – our first discussions will be to understand your goals and expectations. To begin the process, please complete the required information here.
Retainer/Service Agreement – once we have decided to work together, we will both sign an agreement detailing the plan, our commitments to you and your requirements.
Initial Retainer Deposit – a portion of your retainer fees will be due up front as a deposit. These funds will be deposited into a trust account and will not be withdrawn until work has been completed.
Information and document collection – you will be sent a personalized questionnaire to collect the specific information and documents required for your application.
Application review – once completed, you will receive a draft of your application to review.
Application submission – once approved, your application will be sent to the applicable entity (IRCC, EDSM, etc.).
Application updates – we will keep you informed on the progress of your application until a final decision is made.
